Quiz!

This is a quiz that I cheekily copied and pasted off Meggin's blog - with her consent :)
  • What book are you dying to read this summer?
Miley Cyrus' autobiography (yeah, yeah, I know!) and some more Sarah Dessen books.
  • Any books you have to read for school?
Well, we have to do a book report in the holidays, and we are reading An Inspector Calls in English (even though it's actually a play) so yeah.
  • Fave place to read a book?
In my bedroom, just before I go to sleep, with everything that needs to be done done. Sorry, that sounds a bit psychopathic maniac-ish there :L
  • Recommend a book to read on the beach.
Gossip Girl - light hearted fun in New York.
  • Recommend a book to read (inside, of course!) during a thunderstorm.
The Carbon Diaries 2015, by Saci Lloyd - it would probably freak you out if there was a thunderstorm but it's seriously awesome ;)
  • What was you favorite book as a kid?
Hmmm... I'd say it was this book I read in Dornoch Primary about this girl who wants to be on TV and she's actually dead and it's her parents writing the story (happy, huh?). I've been trying to find this for ages but I don't know what it's called. I think it might be by Anne Fine and have 'banana' in the title. Please help!!
  • Best book you've read of '09?
Once by Morris Gleitzman :)
  • What's the latest book to made you cry?
Sheesh, erm... Well, a while back I read Adolphus Tips by Michael Morpurgo. That was really good, and it made me cry. Actually, no, forget that - it was If I Stay. It makes me sad just thinking about everything that happened to Mia...
  • What's the scariest book you've read?
I'm not too keen on horror but Marcus Sedgwick's excellent books always get me slightly scared!
  • Funniest?
Big Woo! (or Serafina 67 Urgently Requires Life, as some of you know it by) by Susie Day - pure genius!
  • Twilight or Harry Potter?
Twilight all the way :) And Meggin; please, PLEAAAASE don't tell me you've never read Twilight? Check it out, it's more romantic YA novel than anything else!
  • If you lend a book to a friend, how soon do you expect to get it back?
Erm, a couple of weeks at least, I guess...
  • Snacking while reading - do you do it?
Occasionally, but it kinda ruins my 'focus' and 'concentration' levels, so not too often. I like having smoothies or lemonade while reading though.
  • Name a book that needs more zombies.
Gossip Girl - haha :L
  • Weirdest thing you've used for a bookmark?
A tissue - I'm not really keen on using anything but bookmarks :L I like to keep the pages nice ^D^

Hope you enjoyed learning a bit more about my mental self! To see Meggin's answers, click here. And feel free to copy + paste the quiz if you wish :)

SMBSLT - We just finished it (essay time *groan*) and it was pretty good for an English text :) I loved the depth to the story.

Chicklish - Will do - Amazon-ed it and it looks fab!

Anna Banana - OMG do you know the name? Is it Becky Bananas or something? I've literally been racking my brains for at least a year! And yeah, I think it's pretty different to the Austrailian and US covers, but it's pretty cool!

Tee hee- GG and zombies. THAT's something I'd like to see :)
I'm reading If I Stay, and you're right- I've been crying every 2 seconds over it!
I know, it's a shame, but I've never read Twilight. I'm ashamed. :)
MILEY CIRUS is writing an autobio? Hmmm. How very Britney Spears. *Mishchevious grin*
I love that you used my idea :) Pretty much the highest compliment I can get! (Sorry, I know I tend to leave long comments. :S)

Haha, Miley Cyrus' autobiography is out now (in the UK at least) and is called Miles To Go. Supposed to be about how she wants to remember this time in her life (errm, how about a diary? Oh, wait, no six-figure paycheck for that :L)

And yet again, I beg you to read Twilight!
